Delivery Information

  • We deliver to the countries like U.S.A., U.K., CANADA, NEW ZEALAND, AUSTRALIA, SOUTH AFRICA, around the globe and Free Shipping in India. However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.
  • For international shipments some courier company parcel may be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answer the door bell.
  • Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
  • No deliveries are made on Saturday and Sunday in all international countries with 5 day work culture. 
  • In many Islamic countries Friday are normal off days. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
  • Shipping cost is not included in each item's price. We have Fair & Transparent shipping rates.
  • International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order. Shipping rates are based on per Kg of the product. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 1 Kg.
  • Also be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, Myshoppy fashion will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall Myshoppy fashion attempt re-shipment of the same order. 
  • Courier Company will try 2 times to deliver the parcel for international shipment after that customer will have to pick up the parcel from your relative courier office in your area and the charges will be barred by customer. For further attempts by courier companies for delivery cost will also be barred by customer as rescheduling charges 
  • If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail and for the same no compensation will be given.
  • However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to give you Credit Note for unfulfilled part of the order.
  • Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami etc... In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time
