•  Any customer purchasing goods online will have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel their item.
• Customers will also have an additional 14 days from this point to return the unworn item back to office.
• Our Return Policy is not applicable in case of Alteration/Modification is done with the merchandise.
• When returning, please note your intention to exercise your rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations.
• Our Refund policy is applicable only if office is informed of your intent to return within 24 hours of delivery, and then sent back to office within the next 14 days from this point.
• We will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
• Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
•  Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 4-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.

NOTE: For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping charges must be paid by customer.
